Here, we publish practical, science-aware guides to help you slow down, sleep better, ease anxiety and refocus.<\/p>\n<h2>How we create our content<\/h2>\n<p>Our guides are written and edited by the <strong>Ema Meditation Team<\/strong>. We aim to keep every article:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Practical<\/strong> \u2014 clear steps you can actually use, not fluff.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Honest<\/strong> \u2014 when the science is limited or mixed, we say so plainly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reviewed<\/strong> \u2014 each piece is checked for accuracy before it goes live, and updated as our understanding improves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This content is for general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical care.
