This blog is the companion to the Ema Meditation app — guided meditations, animated breathing, soundscapes and mindful mini-games, in 13 languages. Here, we publish practical, science-aware guides to help you slow down, sleep better, ease anxiety and refocus.
How we create our content
Our guides are written and edited by the Ema Meditation Team. We aim to keep every article:

- Honest — when the science is limited or mixed, we say so plainly.
- Reviewed — each piece is checked for accuracy before it goes live, and updated as our understanding improves.
